By using AutoLog, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and (when paying via Robokassa) the Public Offer (Russian). If you do not agree, do not use the app. AutoLog is a car service-log tool and does not provide legal, insurance, financial, tax, safety, or professional vehicle-maintenance advice.
Core records are stored locally. Optional features may use Google Drive, Firebase, Gemini, Google Sign-In, Google Play, Yandex ID, and Robokassa. Their availability may depend on your device, region, network, account, subscription, quotas, and third-party services.
AI Scan is an optional Pro/Business cloud feature. After you use the supplied redaction tool and accept the current notice, the redacted/edited document image itself is sent to Google (Firebase / Gemini) for multimodal recognition; it is not an OCR-text-only or on-device AI process.
AI Dictate is optional and available only when your device supports speech recognition. Speech is converted to text by the device’s speech recognition service (often Google). AutoLog does not send an audio file to Gemini. The transcript text is sent to Google (Firebase / Gemini) for structured field suggestions. Speak in the language of the app interface; each listening session lasts up to about one minute.
Photo AI Scan and AI Dictate share one monthly AI quota (Pro: 80 / Business: 600 requests per UTC calendar month).
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You must review every suggested field against the original document, your dictation, or other source before saving or relying on it. AutoLog is not responsible for decisions made from unchecked AI output.
You control redaction (Scan) and what you dictate (AI Dictate) and are responsible for personal or confidential information you disclose. Do not submit another person's data without a lawful basis and any required permission. See the AI Data Notice.
The separate ArticleScanner for selecting article numbers from labels uses on-device OCR, is free, and is not part of cloud AI features.
AutoLog offers recurring Pro and Business subscriptions; no Lifetime tier is offered.
Google Play (most countries): price, billing period, trial or offer terms, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are shown by Google Play before purchase. List prices are also published on Manage subscription. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Google Play. Google handles payment details, cancellations, and refunds under its policies.
Robokassa (Russia, when offered in the app): pay with a Russian bank card. Plans, prices, service delivery, and cancellation/refund rules are on Manage subscription and in the Public Offer (Russian); the same prices are shown in the app before checkout. Yandex ID may be required to purchase or restore. Cancel in the app (Pro → Cancel subscription); access continues until the end of the paid period. Card details are handled by Robokassa.
Pro and Business unlock the features shown in the app. AI features share a monthly quota (Pro: 80 / Business: 600 AI requests per UTC calendar month) that counts photo scan and voice requests together. Unused quota does not roll over unless the app expressly states otherwise. We may apply reasonable limits needed for security, abuse prevention, cost control, or service reliability.
You retain rights to content you enter or upload. You grant the permissions needed to process that content solely to provide the features you request. You must not use AutoLog to violate law or third-party rights, bypass quotas or security, disrupt services, distribute malware, or submit content you are not authorized to process.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Back up important records. Features, integrations, quotas, and paid offerings may change or be discontinued where permitted by law. We may suspend access to cloud features for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, missed maintenance, or loss caused by third-party services or unverified AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on the website when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
